You know that cosmetic companies do not usually accept returns. However, we want to provide you with a superb customer service and therefore, we will accept returns that arrive in our offices within 14 days from the day the order was placed.

To qualify for a refund, items should be shipped back to our offices in their original package and in a selling condition (sealed and unopened).

Please e-mail us for the return authorization. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the return authorization issued by VIPbeautySHOP.com. We will review your request and do the best to accommodate you. Qualified returns will be exchanged for one of the following:

• Refund of the purchase price minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges;

• Product exchange.

We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Returns received after 14 days are subject to refusal or a 25% re-stocking fee. If an order is returned after 14 days and accepted by our offices, only store credit will be issued (minus the 25% re-stocking fee).

Items purchased or currently offered “on sale” can be exchanged for store credit only.

Return freight charges must be covered by the customer.

For your protection, we suggest you to insure for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United States Postal Service registered mail, UPS, DHL or Federal Express. In case of product exchange, VIPbeautySHOP.com will cover the cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer.

If you qualify and choose a refund, we will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Instruction
Fill out the Product Return Form. In order to do that you must obtain RA# (Return Authorization Number) issued via e-mail by VIPbeautySHOP.com. Please state whether you would like a credit or an exchange and return the product to us via UPS or USPS Mail.
