How we ship you our products?

Continental US orders will mostly ship through USPS Priority Mail, UPS Groundand, and UPS 2nd Day Air. Sometimes we may use different carriers for ground shipping. Orders placed after 12pm ET Thursday, will be processed and shipped out Monday. We ship from our distribution center in New Jersey. Most packages shipped Ground will arrive in two to six business days depending on your zip code. We ship our orders globally*.

How are shipping costs calculated?

We charge a very small flat fee for each shipment ($4.99 for UPS Ground and $14.99 for UPS 2nd Day Air), plus additional $1.99 for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. If you order for $49.99 or more you will qualify for FREE Ground Shipping.

 * For our International customers and those who need the orders to be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, please contact us for exact shipping quotes . Orders may be shipped by a variety of carriers.

• Doesn’t apply to MonaVie products.
• Applies to the continental US delivery addresses only.
• Qualified orders will ship through USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours from receiving the order. Please allow 2-6 business days for shipments to arrive based on final destination.
• May be used in conjunction with a promotional coupon. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotional coupon is applied.
• You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if:
• Any items are canceled, bringing the total below $49.99.
• A qualifying order is consolidated with an orders placed earlier.
• You order 2nd Day Air service.
